Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Shipping & Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp, email, or SMS—so you know exactly where your snack is. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the efficiency of our delivery partners.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your order anytime before it’s delivered by visiting the ‘Orders’ section on our website. Cancellations via email or call will only be accepted if there’s a technical issue preventing you from cancelling online. Once the order is delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned—unless there’s a genuine technical issue (see below).
3. Returns (Only for Technical Issues)
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns after delivery, as returned items can’t be reused and may pose health risks.
However, if there’s a technical issue such as:
- Damaged packaging
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in your order
Please email us at sapicares@cibiens.com with a brief note and photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
4. Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. We’ll send you a confirmation once the refund is initiated. It may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Important Notes
We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements for complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery, or where clear evidence is not provided. If an item is refused at the time of delivery without valid reason, no refund will be issued.
