1. Who Can Order?

If you're 18 or older, go ahead and place your order. If you're younger, just ask an adult to help. No sneaky orders, please.

2. What's in Our Snacks (and What’s Not)

We believe in clean, smart food. What you see is what you get—ingredients backed by science and listed clearly on the pack.

But hey, our snacks aren’t cures or medicines. And results? They vary person to person.

3. How Orders & Payments Work

Place your order, pay online, and you’re good to go. Make sure your info is accurate—wrong details = delivery drama. We reserve the right to cancel dodgy or suspicious orders (fraud is not a vibe).

4. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We dispatch your snacks within 1 working day. You'll get a tracking link via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

Want to cancel? Do it from the ‘Orders’ section before your snack is delivered. Post-delivery? Too late—unless there’s a real issue.

We don’t take returns because food can spoil and turn risky. But if there’s a technical issue—like damage or wrong product—email us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll fix it.

Refunds, if approved, hit your account in 7 working days.

5. Buying from Stores or Resellers?

Cool—but if it’s from a third-party or unauthorised seller, we can’t take responsibility. Stick to official sources when you can.

6. Our Stuff = Our IP

Everything on our site—logos, text, packaging, product names, quirky phrases—is owned by Cibus Sapientium Private Limited. Don’t use or copy our stuff without asking first. We love originality, you should too.

7. Don’t Be That User

No hate speech, spamming, or funny business. If you misuse the site, we may have to block you. Play nice, snack nicer.

8. Privacy = Non-Negotiable

9. Marketing Messages

If you’ve bought from us or signed up, we may send you updates on snacks, launches, or offers via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Not feeling it? You can opt out anytime. No guilt trips.

10. QR Codes & Analytics

We use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand what’s working (and what’s not). We also track QR scans to learn which products you love most.

11. About Kids

Our site and products aren't meant for kids under 13 to browse or interact with on their own. If you’re a parent and see something off, please reach out.

12. If We Update This Page

Terms may change from time to time. We’ll update this page, and you agree to the latest version if you continue using the site.

13. Disputes & Laws

We're proudly made in India. If there’s ever a legal issue, the laws of India apply—and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Mumbai.

Tag us in your snack stories? Send us a review or photo? We may reuse it (with credit) for our social media, website, or marketing. You’re giving us permission just by sharing it.
