Here’s how your Cibiens order travels from our shelf to your sofa — and what to do if something goes sideways.

1. When Do We Ship?

We pack and dispatch your snacks within 1 working day and it is usually delivered within 3-5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). We move quick — so your cravings don’t have to wait.

2. How Will You Know It’s Coming?

Once your order is out for delivery, we’ll send you a tracking link on WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

You can follow your snack like a hawk (or just check in once a day, no judgment).

3. Can You Cancel an Order?

Yes, you can — as long as it hasn't been delivered yet.

Just head to the ‘Orders’ section on our website and hit cancel.

If something’s broken and you can’t cancel online, reach out to us.

4. Can You Return It?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: It’s a food product. Once it leaves our hands and reaches yours, we can't take it back — it could go bad and become unsafe for anyone else.

So, no returns unless it’s a technical glitch.

5. What Counts as a Technical Glitch?

Good question! Here’s when we’ll help:

- Wrong item delivered

- Something you ordered is missing

Just email us at sapicares@cibiens.com within 48 hours of delivery, and send us a couple of photos. We’ll sort it out.

6. When Will You Get a Refund?

If we’ve confirmed the issue, refunds are usually processed and credited within 7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank might take a day or two extra, but we’ll send you a heads-up when it’s done.
